The Letter of Invitation, as the name suggests, invites firms to submit a tender for the requirement. It will outline the basic information relating to the tender, such as, the tender submission date, details of any proposed briefings or interviews later in the process.

The Letter of Invitation may, in some cases, also include instructions to the applicant rather than having a separate document.
