This document will provide more detailed instructions on how the physical tender documentation should be submitted. With the increasing use of electronic methods to submit tender documentation, this document is important to ensure that the tenderers know what is expected to ensure that their tender is accepted. Also, where there is a limit on the size of attachments allowed through your institution’s firewall, this should be clearly stated.
While this has been suggested as a separate section its contents, if preferred, its contents may be incorporated into the Instruction to tenderers document.
