Bona Fide declarations

There may be a section that will collect information on various legal requirements outside the selection criteria listed in the EU legislation. For example:

  • A declaration that the tender submitted is independent and there has been no collusion with other potential suppliers, or
     
  • A declaration relating to the Equality legislation, however, this may be incorporated as a sub-section of the pre-qualification questionnaire.
