Breach of contract

When a contract is breached the injured party has several courses of action open to it. However, in practice these can be complex and will depend on the specific circumstances.

If a breach of contract occurs, or are likely to arise, seek advice from your Head of Procurement (who may refer the matter to your institution's legal advisors).
