Single Stage Process [Open Procedure]

  1. Standstill Intention to Award Notification (Short form [Word 26kb] or Long form [Word 27kb]) – send to the selected tenderer
     
  2. Standstill Unsuccessful Notification (Short form [Word 30kb] or Long form [Word 30kb]) – send to unsuccessful tenderers
     
  3. Final Award Notification (download here [Word 25kb])– send to the successful tenderer after the standstill period has ended and there have been no challenges or any challenges have been resolved

 

 

Two Stage Process [Restricted, Competitive Dialogue, Negotiated]

  1. Stage 1 – selection of applicants to be invited to tender

    • Not Invited to Tender Notification (download here [Word 25kb]) – send to applicants that have not been shortlisted to proceed to the invitation to tender stage (Note: there is no overt standstill period at this stage as the expectation is that the rejected applicant will have time to challenge the decision to exclude it from the tender exercise before the contracting authority either receives in tenders or makes an award) 
       
  2. Stage 2 – notification of decision to award the contract

    • Standstill Notification to Applicants Rejected at Stage 1 (download here [Word 27kb])– send to the applicants that were not invited to tender ie this is a follow-up letter to the one issued at Stage 1 (see above)
       
    • Standstill Intention to Award Notification (Short form [Word 26kb] or Long form Word 27kb]) – send to the selected tenderer
       
    • Standstill Unsuccessful Notification (Short form [Word 30kb] or Long form [Word 30kb]) – send to unsuccessful tenderers
       
    • Final Award Notification (download here [Word 25kb])– send to the successful tenderer after the standstill period has ended and there have been no challenges or any challenges that have been made have been resolved
