This Chapter provides samples of procurement strategies, policies and procedures. Where a number of related documents have come from the same institution, this will be highlighted in the document name.
Each document title will have a short description of the size of institution to give an indication of its background.
The samples provided will demonstrate that there are quite different styles of strategy, policy and procedure documentation in use. It is suggested that you look at the different styles and choose one that best meets your institution’s needs. You will, of course, need to personalise the sample provided.
