Promoting skills through public procurement - The message in this Guide is that there are opportunities to embed skills and apprenticeships at all stages in the procurement process. The Government looks to all procurement professionals in Government to take these opportunities, in whatever ways are appropriate for the particular procurement exercises they are handling.
