As IBIS is used over a period of years, the data is held within the database and trend information is presented. This can show how your institution is progressing, is the level of professional procurement influence increasing, are more consortia, collaborative-type arrangements being used etc
The analysis at commodity group level will enable a more detailed review of progress to be made. The information, presented graphically, will be useful in determining the success of the various development strategies being followed.
Further, the data and charts will enhance the Head of Procurement's annual report to Finance Committee, Senate, court or other senior management group to which the function reports.
