Often bidders will want to qualify their tenders against terms and conditions that they are not willing or unable to comply with. It is recommended that bidders are instructed to raise any such qualifications in writing prior to the deadline for receipt of clarification questions and the deadline for receipt of tenders. Any specific condition(s) and proposed amendment(s) provided and accepted, should be issued to all Tenderers or not accepted and the individual supplier informed.
Advice should be sought from your Head of Procurement with regard to any queries on the institution's standard Terms and Conditions or those relating to the tender exercise.
