CALL FOR FURTHER COMPETITION - PROVISION OF PRINT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM.
The College Corporation (herein after referred to as College) wish to appoint a supplier to provide a print management system to include devices and software as set out in the following documentation. All suppliers invited to provide a tender must note that the College’s existing print/copy provision is provided by suppliers on several framework agreements. In view of this and as the College is unable to define which framework agreement provides the best value solution, suppliers appointed to the following framework agreements have been invited to provide a submission for this requirement: • OGC Photocopier/Multifunctional Products and Services Framework Agreement • GPS MFD / Managed Print Service / Associated Print Services Framework Agreement
