OGC Guidance on the 2009 amending regulations - Implementation of the Remedies Directive: Part 1

This guidance supports the UK’s transition to the new rules on standstill and remedies that take effect on 20 December 2009, which affect public sector and utilities sector procurement. It is primarily aimed at contracting authorities/utilities i.e. those organisations that have responsibility for running public procurement exercises. However, the guidance may also be of interest to industry, as bidders are also affected by the new rules, and to the legal and advisory professions, who may be advising either procurers or suppliers.
