Contract Management Strategy Version 2

This document is designed to inform a Colleges strategy for contract management and supports its Core Values and Key Objectives. The Contract Management Strategy aims to describe the process for monitoring and managing the performance of the contract from beginning to the end and provides a proactive risk management procedure to determine a consistent contract management process for all College contracts. There is a strong emphasis on building value adding customer/supplier relationships, based on open communications and win win principles of dispute resolution. This strategy provides a structure to deliver an outstanding service to all students, staff and contracts using or being affected by the services provided by external contractors supply the College.
