Are partial replacements for, or additional to, existing goods or an installation. Such extensions may not be for more than 3 years unless there are reasons why it is unavoidable that this period should be exceeded. or
When obtaining goods from another source would cause problems of incompatibility or disproportionate technical difficulties.
