A number of clauses have been drafted for inclusion in your tender documents. While reasonable steps have been taken to ensure that the wording is appropriate, it is recommended that institutions confirm with their own legal advisers that this is the case.


This refers in particular in Scotland where the implementation of the Act is slightly different from England, Wales and Northern Ireland. Here, it is recommended that institutions seek confirmation from their own legal advisors to ensure that the draft clauses are in keeping with the Scottish implementation of the legislation.
