Procurement Policy Samples
An indication has been given of the size of institution where each policy has been developed.
- Institution A is large with a non-pay spend in the region of £100m pa. The Policies on which this example is based were adopted in early 2006. This Institution operates higher than usual levels of authority to purchase.
- Institution B is a large College with a non-pay spend in the region of £9m pa. The Polocies on which this example is based were adopted in early 2010.
- Institution C is a large Colledge with a non-pay spend in the region of £10m pa. This is a copy of its Purchasing Manual which contains a Purchasing Policy and was updated in 2008.
