  • Throughout each phase of an e-auction, the contracting authority shall instantaneously communicate to all the tenderers sufficient information to enable them to determine their relative rankings at that time.
     
  • Other information may be provided on other prices or values submitted, provided that the intention to do so was stated in the contract specification.
     
  • The contracting authority may announce the number of participants in that phase of the e-auction.
     
  • At no stage, however, may the contracting authority disclose the identities of any tenderers during any phase of the e-auction.
