Contract award notice timescales

All contracts managed under the Open, Restricted, Competitive Dialogue and Negotiated (with or without a call for competition) procedures must have a contract award notice published in the OJEU within 48 days of the contract award.

A Framework Agreement must have a Contract Award Notice published when it is set up.

A Dynamic Purchasing System must have a Contract Award Notice published each time the System is used.

Services
Services are divided into two categories, Part A and Part B. Awards for Part B category services should be communicated to the Commission with an indication of whether the notice may be published in the OJEU.
